Red
Val Martin
By Hilberg Pasquero, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A delicate, floral Nebbiolo from the Val Martin valley, aged on its fine lees in neutral wood for a couple of years.
Tasting notes
A graceful Nebbiolo with delicate, floral aromas, soft velvety tannins and a long finish, from vineyards in the Val Martin valley caressed by the last light of sunset; the valley is also home to a biodiverse truffle ground.
Pairs well with
Dishes with fruit and violet notes, ethereal greens, or white meats.
