Red
Átem 11
By Hilberg Pasquero, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A red matured for at least eleven and up to fifteen years in wood before release, made from a rare, nearly extinct clone studied with the University of Turin; a multi-vintage wine with no sign of oxidation.
Tasting notes
An explosion of spice and depth, timeless and hypnotic in the glass; rich in tertiary aromas yet remarkably unoxidised after over a decade in wood.
Pairs well with
Olive oil crostini with melted dark chocolate, salt and pepper.
