White
Gris Pomaij
By Hilberg Pasquero, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A blend of Arneis with a quarter Nebbiolo vinified white, aged unfiltered in ceramic or concrete from the calcareous Pomaij vineyard.
Tasting notes
Notes of peach and apricot from the calcareous soils of Pomaij, with hints of red berries adding sapidity, tension and a citrus touch; a tribute to Roero's most emblematic white grape.
Pairs well with
Vegetable dishes.
