G.D. Vajra Langhe Pinot Nero

Pinot Nero planted after Aldo's 1999 request to plant Nebbiolo atop the Bricco was refused; it now comes from two high sites, Serradenari and N.S. della Neve, at the edge of Serralunga and Roddino.

Tasting notes

Vibrant aromas of cherry, raspberry and mixed berries with darker blueberry notes, plus subtle clove and freshly ground black pepper. Fresh, finely structured palate with pure red fruit, lively acidity and soft, well-integrated tannins; silky yet dynamic, with a persistent, lightly spiced finish.
