An old Piedmontese digestivo made by infusing the estate's Barolo Albe DOCG with about thirty aromatic herbs, barks and roots including China bark, plus orange peel, spices and cane sugar.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby colour. Fresh, typically Barolo nose of rose and ripe cherry over a play of mountain herbs and orange zest. Bitter and persistent on the palate. 18% alcohol.
