Nizza DOCG is a 100% Barbera red of great structure and elegance with strong ageing potential, showing an intense perfume of ripe red fruit and tobacco.
Tasting notes
A wine of great structure, elegance and strong ageing potential. Red colour, intense perfume with notes of ripe red fruit and tobacco. The palate is full, full-bodied, with notes of ripe cherry, tobacco and a delicate spiced finish.
Pairs well with
Ideal with red meat and game, but can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.

- Maceration on the skins for at least 15-18 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30 C. Aged at least 6 months in wood.
