White
Gavi
By Fratelli Aresca, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
Produced on the hills around Gavi, an area with a unique microclimate thanks to its proximity to the Ligurian Sea and the Apennines to the west.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fresh, fruity nose with notes of green apple, apricot and white flowers. The palate is fragrant, with good acidity and a pleasant, savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes.
