Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato DOC is one of the most widely planted white grapes in the Alto Monferrato, a fresh and delicate Piemonte white that suits starters, fish, risottos and white meats.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fresh, fruity nose with notes of green apple and white flowers. The palate is fresh and delicate with a pleasantly dry finish.
Pairs well with
Very versatile: pairs with starters, fish, risottos and white meats. Also good as an aperitif.

- Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C in steel. Aged at least 4-5 months in steel before bottling. Does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
