Barolo Riserva

Barolo Riserva is vinified according to tradition, with long maceration on the skins and ageing in large wooden barrels. It is released after a minimum of 62 months of ageing, of which 18 in wood, making it a very complex wine with long-term ageing potential.
Tasting notes
Intense red colour; ethereal and complex nose with notes of red and black fruit, chocolate and cocoa. On the palate it shows good structure and complexity with notes of pepper and sweet tobacco.
Pairs well with
Ideal with red meat and game.
