Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG is a prestigious Piemonte white made exclusively from Cortese grapes, valued for its elegance, freshness, minerality and versatility at the table.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with delicate greenish highlights. Floral aromatic profile of acacia together with citrus, green apple and white-fleshed fruit. The palate is dry and balanced, with lively acidity and pronounced minerality, leading to a finish with a light note of almond.
Pairs well with
Ideal with fish-based dishes, sushi and as an aperitif.
