Alta Langa DOCG is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grown in the municipalities of Alta Langa, hand-harvested in crates.
Tasting notes
Fine, persistent perlage, deep straw yellow colour. On the nose it reveals notes of freshly baked bread. On the palate it is notably structured, with particular freshness and salinity.
Pairs well with
Ideal with shellfish and finger food, and an excellent companion for a full meal.

- After fermentation of both grape varieties, the wine ages for a period in barrel. Ages at least 30 months on the lees.
