Stardè is a Barbaresco DOCG from the Langhe made from Nebbiolo grapes, aged in barrel, intended for long aging.
Tasting notes
Garnet red color. Intense and complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit, spice and a pleasant oaky note from aging in barrel. Warm and harmonious on the palate, with typically soft, elegant tannins that refine over time.
Pairs well with
Barbaresco accompanies classic Piemontese dishes based on long-cooked meats, well aged cheeses and, of course, truffle.
