Tasting notes
Deep ruby red color. Full aroma with notes of red fruit, vanilla and chocolate, all well balanced. Elegant on the palate, with a persistent vinous aroma. Typical notes of blackberry and vanilla.
Pairs well with
A fascinating, well structured wine that suits varied food pairings thanks to its distinctive richness of aromas and flavors. Ideal with pheasant in salmì, game and aged cheeses.
