Red
80 Anni
By Dezzani, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
80 Anni is a Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore made in the Asti area, aged for a long time in wood, with an aging potential of 5 to 10 years from harvest.
Tasting notes
Vivid ruby red color, tending toward garnet with age. Intense, complex and elegant bouquet with pleasant spicy and red fruit notes. Long aging in wood gives toasted and dried fruit notes. Full, enveloping, round and persistent taste.
Pairs well with
Excellent with traditional Piemontese dishes. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, guanciale, beef braised in Barbera, Castelmagno cheese.
