Dezzani Appassimento

Appassimento is a passito (dried grape) Piemonte DOC Rosso blend of Dolcetto and Barbera, with an aging potential of about 10 years from harvest.

Tasting notes

Vivid ruby red color. Very intense, complex bouquet with notes of red fruit and spice. Full, elegant, velvety and very harmonious on the palate.

Pairs well with

Well aged cheeses, game, dark chocolate. An excellent meditation wine.
