Assioma 90 Anni is a Piemonte DOC Albarossa made for the winery's 90th anniversary, with an aging potential of 10 to 15 years from harvest.

Tasting notes

Intense red color with bright highlights, Assioma reveals a complex bouquet with hints of ripe red fruit, undergrowth and sweet spice. A soft tannin caresses the palate, combining perfectly with the pronounced acidity typical of Barbera. Intense and persistent, this Albarossa surprises with its elegant texture and unique aromatic intensity.

Pairs well with

Ideally paired with flavorful dishes such as risottos, game and aged cheeses. Versatile in pairings, it is also pleasant to drink on its own.
