Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Delicate aroma with notes of fruit, fresh flowers and freshly cut hay, with hints of peach and almond. Fresh, mineral, light taste with a pleasantly savory finish.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif but also with all starters and fish dishes and delicate first courses.
