Clear, elegant onion-skin color. Fine, complex bouquet with notes of fresh flowers and red fruit. Delicate on the palate, with a rich, fresh and persistent taste.

Suited to the aperitif, it pairs excellently with all fish dishes, starters and delicate first courses.
