Tasting notes
Typical deep ruby red color. Complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit and sweet spice. Full and velvety on the palate, full bodied and structured, very harmonious.
Pairs well with
Ideal with pasta first courses, porcini mushroom risotto, stewed meats, well aged cheeses, dark chocolate. An excellent meditation wine.
