Tasting notes
Medium intensity ruby red color, tending toward garnet. Delicate aroma of musk and flowers, with a sweet, harmonious, fruity taste enlivened by a lively, sparkling perlage. Bright clarity, with a delicate and persistent perlage.
Pairs well with
Ideal with dried fruit such as walnuts, almonds and figs. Tasty with strawberries, raspberries and yellow peach, valued for their low acidity. The most typical pairing is with Acqui amaretti biscuits.
