Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Delicate aroma with notes of fruit, fresh flowers and freshly cut hay, with hints of peach and almond. Fresh, mineral, light taste with a pleasantly savory finish.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, fish dishes and delicate first courses.
