Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color. Broad bouquet with hints of black cherry, forest berries and an elegant fruity tone. Sweet tannin from Barbera and intensity like Nebbiolo. Full bodied with a broad, linear structure and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Pairs especially with risottos, pasta, game, beef and cheeses.
