Tasting notes
Intense, brilliant red color. Pleasant notes of ripe fruit stand out on the nose over delicate oaky notes. Round on the palate with gentle tannins and good persistence.
Pairs well with
The Dolcetto and Merlot, with Barbera's typical acidity, make this wine unique and versatile in pairings. Excellent with pasta dishes with rich sauces, aged cheeses and game in general.
