Barbaresco cru from the Sorì Serragrilli vineyard in Neive, 100% Nebbiolo, aged three years in French oak. 14.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Typical garnet red. Elegant, rich and concentrated on the nose with cassis and blackberry, pepper and small-fruit jam. Warm and soft with good acidity and dense, high-quality tannin, very long finish.
Pairs well with
Game (best marinated in Nebbiolo), beef and stews, tomato-based and mixed vegetable sauces, very aged cheeses.

- Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel, then 18 months in new Allier French oak barriques, finishing a total maturation of three years in French oak casks before blending and bottling. At least 8 months in bottle. Yield 40 quintals per hectare.
