Langhe Bianco from Chardonnay, made in steel with batonnage and no oak. 13.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish shades. Very fresh, with citrus, butter and honey. Extremely soft and balanced with low acidity and a long finish.
Pairs well with
Lobster, sea bass, shrimp, white meats such as chicken and pork, eggs, avocado, spinach, pumpkin; strong grilled, roasted or fried dishes.

- Pressing with cryomaceration at low temperature without oxygen. Fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled steel with continuous batonnage, filtration and cold stabilisation. Bottled around May or June, then 8 months in bottle. Yield 50 quintals per hectare.
