Moscato d'Asti from the La Punta vineyard, the first wine of the harvest to reach the market. 5.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant with creamy foam. Delicate, very fine floral and fruity aroma of hawthorn, wild flowers and citrus. Sweet and light, fresh and fine, with a slight bitter finish.
Pairs well with
Fresh natural and exotic fruit, fruit salads and jellies; cakes with cream, custard or vanilla, biscuits; ice cream of all flavours.

- First grapes to be picked. Soft pressing, must separated from the lees by natural settling, low-temperature fermentation interrupted by refrigeration at about 4.5% alcohol, filtered and stabilised to keep the natural CO2. Bottled in November and ready by 20 December. A young, fresh wine.
