Gavi di Gavi from 100% Cortese, steel-fermented. 13% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow, intense and luminous. Ripe apple, pear and wild flowers. Well structured with good acidity and excellent persistence.
Pairs well with
Delicate dishes, any fish grilled or fried, vegetables, shrimp, mussels, oysters, langoustines, clams, white meats such as chicken and guinea fowl; good as an aperitif.
