Tasting notes
Garnet red, clear. Rich and intense with good concentration of crisp, delicate fruity aromas. Warm and soft with rich acidity and a clean, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Pasta and not-too-important meats, soups and cereal minestrone, salami, ham, mortadella and smoked cold cuts; veal, lamb or chicken; medium-aged cow cheese.
