Langhe Rosso from Nebbiolo, Barbera and Cabernet, matured in 500 litre French oak tonneaux. 14% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet red of great intensity. Excellent depth of fruity and spicy aromas, with balsamic and cherry notes joined by vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Full and rich on the palate, broad and long.
Pairs well with
Veal or ox simply cooked with salt or tomato sauce, fresh or medium-aged cheese.

- Fermented in temperature-controlled steel. After natural stabilisation the wine matures about 12 months in 500 litre Allier French oak tonneaux, then 8 months in bottle. Yield 60 quintals per hectare.
