Tasting notes
Excellent structure, dry, soft tannins and mellow. Hints of wild strawberry, raspberry, soft fruits, currant, vanilla and leather.
Pairs well with
Veal or ox simply cooked with salt or tomato sauce, fresh or medium-aged cheese.

- Fermented in temperature-controlled steel. After natural stabilisation the wine matures about 24 months in 500 litre Allier French oak tonneaux, then 8 months in bottle. Yield 60 quintals per hectare.
