Sparkling
Piemonte Spumante
By Casa E. di Mirafiore, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Classic method sparkling wine that refines in the estate's cellars for no less than 15 years before release.
Tasting notes
Golden blond with green reflections, fine and very persistent perlage. Scents of bread yeast, white-pulp fruit and toasted dried fruit, with great structure and harmony from the long ageing.
Pairs well with
As an aperitif or, thanks to its character, alongside a full meal.
