Casa E. di Mirafiore Parafada

Single-vineyard Barolo from the MGA Parafada cru, certified organic, one of the oldest terroirs of the Langhe. Matures 20-24 months in tonneaux and then in ceramic amphorae before bottling. The estate's 2020-vintage sheet lists 700 bottles produced.

Tasting notes

Intense, bright garnet red. Notes of wild strawberry and small red fruits, spicy hints of black pepper. Vibrant and enveloping on the palate, with a dense, balanced tannic texture and long persistence.
