Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Intense aroma of white fruit and apricot evolving toward aromatic herbs. Enveloping, crisp, slightly acidic palate with pleasant persistence and a savoury note.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif; also good with starters and rice or pasta dishes.

- Grapes harvested into small 20kg crates go straight to the cellar, are pressed without traditional destemming to protect the stems, and the must decants 24-36 hours before a slow, cool fermentation of at least three weeks; racked 8-10 days after fermentation and kept on fine lees until spring.
