Dolcetto d'Alba

Ages in big and medium oak barrels (20-140 hl) for two months before bottling, then a further six months in bottle before release.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with violet highlights. Fine, fruity bouquet of violet, blueberry, black cherry and rosemary. Agreeably dry with an almondy aftertaste and soft tannins.
Pairs well with
Hot starters, pasta dishes, simply prepared meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
