Tasting notes
Brilliant yellow. Fruity, slightly aromatic, with white flowers and pear. Dry, well balanced and elegant, with a pleasing retronasal return.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, fish starters, delicate first courses, fish in general, or on its own.

- Vinification
- Grapes pressed whole-bunch, 50% in barriques for about 6 months and 50% in steel, 18 to 20 C, 15 to 20 days, no added yeasts, no malolactic. Bottled the spring after harvest. 7,000 bottles.
