Intense ruby red, robust and rich in personality. Vinous, with ripe red fruit. Persistent and soft, elegant and well structured.

Vinification
Traditional fermentation with frequent pump-overs on the skins in steel tanks, 28 to 30 C, 15 days, no added yeasts, spontaneous malolactic. Aged 12 months in steel with racking and 9 months in bottle; bottled at least 12 months after harvest. 18,000 bottles.
