A Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend from the 1 ha Dalera vineyard, aged in tonneau and barriques.
Tasting notes
Ruby red. Intense herbaceous and liquorice aromas. A bouquet of tertiary aromas and spices, with herbaceous notes; broad, dense and soft, elegant and well structured. Ageing potential 5 to 8 years.
Pairs well with
Grilled red and white meats, game and mixed boiled meats.

- Vinification
- Traditional fermentation with frequent pump-overs on the skins in steel tanks, 28 to 30 C, 20 to 30 days, no added yeasts, spontaneous malolactic. Aged 9 months in steel, 15 months in tonneau and barriques, 6 months in bottle; usually bottled 24 months after harvest. 3,500 bottles; also Magnum 1.5 L.
