Tasting notes
Wine of great structure and long persistence. Intense golden reflections. Intense apricot, citrus and minty aromas. Sweet, rich and fleshy with citrus and apricot tones and a long, caressing finish.
Pairs well with
Herb-flavoured and other cheeses, dry pastries.

- Vinification
- Hand-picked in crates, chilled and pressed whole-bunch with 12 hours of maceration; fermented at 25 C in barriques, duration varies by year, spontaneous malolactic. Aged 12 to 20 months in barrique on the lees, 9 months in bottle; bottled 12 to 18 months after harvest. 2,000 bottles of 50 cl.
