A 100% Nebbiolo Monferrato Rosso from the 0.5 ha Capolinea vineyard planted in 2010.
Tasting notes
Medium ruby red. Delicate aroma recalling violet, which grows with ageing. Dry to mellow, full-bodied, lightly tannic when young, velvety and harmonious. Considered suited to long ageing.
Pairs well with
Grilled red and white meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- Traditional fermentation with frequent pump-overs on the skins in steel tanks, 28 to 30 C, 10 days, no added yeasts, spontaneous malolactic. Aged 6 months in steel, 12 to 15 months in tonneau and barriques, 12 months in bottle; bottled at least 20 months after harvest. 3,000 bottles.
