Tenuta San Sebastiano Disneuf

A Sauvignon Blanc from 0.4 ha planted in 2013, 18 months on the lees in cement. The name changes each year, taken from the vintage in Lu dialect.

Tasting notes

Clear, brilliant gold. Intense bouquet dominated by floral notes of hawthorn and mulberry. Good acidity balanced with body; long lees contact enriched the tertiary aromas.

Pairs well with

Any Mediterranean-style cuisine: meat, fish or vegetarian.
