Red
Nizza Riserva
By Tenuta Olim Bauda, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's Nizza Riserva, 100% Barbera from the family's own Incisa Scapaccino vineyard, aged about 30 months in French oak.
Tasting notes
Intense, complex nose of red fruit typical of the grape, recalling blackberries and cherries with a delicate spicy note. Intense purple red. Firm and full on the palate yet balanced, with a long, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Tajarin with white truffle, fried porcini or braised beef.
