A Nizza Riserva born from the Bertolino family's friendship with the owners of Valle Vento, made from that farm's vineyards in Castel Boglione.
Tasting notes
Intense, complex nose of red fruit typical of the grape, recalling blackberries, cherries and spice. Intense purple red. Firm and full but balanced, with a long, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Tajarin with white truffle, fried porcini, or slow-cooked meats such as braises and stracotti.

- Harvest
- Between the first and second week of October, hand selected
- Vinification
- Grapes are crushed the evening of the harvest and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine then ages about 24 months in 500-litre tonneaux, followed by about a year in bottle.
