Tasting notes
Fresh, intense nose with brioche and citrus notes. Fine, persistent perlage and deep straw yellow with slightly amber hints. Strong and balanced in the mouth, with remarkable freshness.
Pairs well with
Perfect as an aperitif and with shellfish and white meats throughout a meal.

- Vinification
- Grapes are hand-harvested into small crates that reach the cellar within hours and go into the press without pumps, yielding only free-run must. It is cold-settled, fermented in small wood and left on fine lees until bottling for the second fermentation. Bottle ageing lasts at least 42 months before disgorgement.
