Red
Bauda
By Tenuta Olim Bauda, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
A Nizza Riserva made only in the best vintages, from a selection of rows in the estate vineyard and aged about 3 years in French oak.
Tasting notes
Intense, complex nose of red fruit typical of the variety, recalling blackberries and cherries with a light balsamic touch. Purple red with garnet reflections. Firm and full but balanced, with a long finish and tannin and acidity in step.
Pairs well with
Barbera-braised beef, rabbit with chestnuts, fried mushrooms or agnolotti in roast gravy.
