Sweet
Moscato d'Asti
By Pelassa, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's Moscato d'Asti DOCG, 100% Moscato, briefly fermented at 16°C to preserve sweetness and aromatics.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow colour with good intensity; elegant and aromatic bouquet typical of the Moscato grape. Sweet, round flavour, well balanced and rich.
Pairs well with
Excellent with dessert, or on its own as a surprising meditation wine, fresh and harmonious; notable with cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Castelmagno.
