A Langhe DOC red blend of Barbera and Nebbiolo, aged 12 months in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour tending towards violet when young; vinous and fruity bouquet. Pleasant on the palate, with moderate acidity, persistent and particularly harmonious.
Pairs well with
Goes particularly well with first courses, cheese and red meat.

- About 7-8 days at 25-26°C. Destemming, soft crushing, then micro-oxygenation to soften tannins and enhance varietal aromas. Aged in steel tanks and then bottled.
