A Langhe DOC white from local vineyards, fermented on the lees for about four months and aged two months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Straw colour with a delicate, slightly aromatic fragrance carrying distinct hints of citrus, lime blossom and exotic fruit. The flavour is pleasantly fresh and savoury.
Pairs well with
Goes well with cold and warm starters; excellent with fish and shellfish.
