An everyday red blend of Merlot and Barbera, fermented 7-8 days and matured in steel with no fixed ageing period stated.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with violet shades; fruity, fragrant, persistent bouquet with suggestions of cherry, redcurrant and apricot. Soft and persistent taste, full bodied, well balanced and round.
Pairs well with
Goes well with all foods, excellent with pizza, hors d'oeuvres, young cheeses and roast meats.

- About 7-8 days at 26-27°C. De-stemming, soft crushing; the must is pumped over with the dèlastage system to maximise extraction of colour and varietal aromas. Malolactic fermentation is done in steel tanks immediately after harvest.
