Ruby red with purply hues, intense and delicate vinous nose, soft and smooth dry taste with a nice almondy streak.

- Vineyard planting
- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 450 to 500 metres a.s.l., gradient approx. 20 to 25%, vines 30 to 32 years old, planting density 4000 plants per hectare, yield 7 to 7.5 tonnes per hectare.
- Vinification
- Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after picking, left on the skins for 7 to 8 days for slow, delicate extraction. Bottled only once perfectly balanced, generally late in the spring following the vintage.
