Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow, perfumed with notes of lime, mature fruit and peaches. Great structure with intense aromatic persistence and a sweet note.

- Vineyard planting
- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 250 to 280 metres a.s.l., gradient from 20%, vines approx. 20 years old, planting density 5000 plants per hectare, yield 6 to 6.5 tonnes per hectare.
- Vinification
- Soft pressing of whole clusters, natural cold static decanting of the must for 24 hours without clarifying agents or enzymes, then racked into temperature controlled steel tanks. Fermentation lasts 20 to 25 days. Matured in steel.
